Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

"Any" package that is returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

All orders have a standard processing time of 2 business days and an In-Transit time of 1-7 business days within the US and 7-15 business days internationally. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. Delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen. Please refer to the map below for approx. In-Transit times of all US orders. 

We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address except to those shipping to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

Our default shipping couriers are Fedex and UPS. However, other shipping methods are used when it is requested or for international shipping. To use other shipping methods, please make note on "Add Comments About Your Order" section, during the check out process.

Please note : All Express shipments are with FedEx only and extra shipping charges will be added for UPS Express.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and may ship without any notification. Please leave us a comment if you need to be notified.

The store credit will be issued to customer's account with any out of stock items or adjustment of the shipping fee.

We are not responsible with any lost package with no signature required on delivery.

For International orders, Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.
